Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges:

- 14-day return policy from purchase date. Must have a receipt.

- Shipping fee is non-refundable.

- All Vintage items, Herb/Resin Bottles, selected insect art/frames, other items and SALE Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Shipping Returns: For items returned within 14 days after the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. (Customers responsible for return shipping fee unless items arrived damaged).
