Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (During holiday season may takes more)

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship only within U.S and Japan. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delayed or Lost Packages:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost / damage package after delivery.
