The Great Scallop, King Scallop, or Pecten Maximus is a large bivalve with a distinct fan-shape shell with beautiful radiating ridges. These lightly glossed shells can be turned into infinite handmade crafts and are perfect natural vessels to be used in ceremony, cleansing, caring water, holding tea candles, sand, salt, oils, and herbs. They make wonderful additions to any alter or sacred space.
This includes one half shell. Colors and pattern/markings may vary but each shell in mainly white. No two shells are the same!
